Bronchitis, Pneumonia or just a cold?

I had a really bad cough in July so I went to the doctor and got antibiotics for bronchitis but, I'm still coughing and I'm really sick. When I cough I can't breathe it's almost like I'm gasping for air. I have a headache and I'm spitting up phlegm. Im swollen in the neck area.. IS my bronchitis getting worse?
