Would you consider anyone who "claimed" to be an atheist an absolute fraud, if they blamed God........?

for anything bad that has ever happened? Also, since they "claim" to not believe in God, then why do they even bother to answer questions about Him. (I know I don't bother to answer questions about the tooth fairy, Santa Claus, etc.) What say ye?
