Why do us women have to go through all this mess, it makes me cry?

The bleeding you can do nothing about. the resources can be solved by using a menstrual cup instead. It's an all natural rubber (and bendy) cup that you insert like a tampon, when it gets full (feels the same as a full tampon), you take it out, empty it, rinse it and reinsert. At the end of your period, you wash it with vinegar or something else (I forget what). Wash again at start of new period and carry on.
