Daughter WANTS punishment?

my 5 year old daughter seems to want punishment?? The other day I got a call from her teacher saying that normally every recess she tells the playground moniter she has to have a 5 minute timeout for some misbehavior during cl. The teacher told me my daughter NEVER gets in trouble and she hasn't told her to have a timeout but yet my daughter takes 1. She has friends she plays with at recess isn't bullied, i don't know what is up?. Then today I saw her writing lines I asked her why and she said she had 500 lines to do for making fun of a boy. I called her teacher to complain- 500 lines for a kindergardner? Teacher said she did not recieve any lines at all. Why is my daughter doing this? I have been giving her MORE attention latly. Anyone have any ideas?
