Earth and air would win. Fire and water may have all the inner strength in the world but if they're not wise enough to know how to use their strength, it's useless. Plus, air and earth could probably talk some fire and water signs into fighting on our side by outsmarting them. So not only would we use our intelligence, but we'd also use their strength and we'd be undefeatable.
