Sore back from car crash?

car hit my stationary car, other car skidded on snow/ice and could not stop before crashing into side of my car. it was not at high speed but i braced myself as i knew i was going to be hit. i now have sore lower back getting worse three weeks on from crash. someone said it could be from car crash. can i put in an accident claim?
