What's your favorite Christmas movie?

I'm in the mood to watch a Christmas movie. I LOVE the Santa Clause movies from Disney and The Grinch (the newer version), as well as Home Alone and Richie Rich. Are there any movies like this you would suggest? I don't like the cartoons or the one that look like toys being filmed, and I kind of like comedy type.
