Are they any recipes for cinnamon ornaments WITHOUT applesauce?

soo i wanna make some cinnamon ornaments! but all of the recipes call for applesause, and well, i have no applesauce. soo is there anyway to make those ornaments WITHOUT APPLESAUCE? anyy recipes? please help! if there's not thats okay but at least tell me that there's not. thanks[:
