Child molestatons accusation during custody battle?

My husband has been accused of molesting his 5 year old daughter. According to the accusation I was present while he did this, therefore I know this wasn't true. He hasn't been able to see his daughters from his previous marriage for 5 months while they have been investigating the allegations. The 1st allegation was found by the DHS they could neither confirm or deny that anything happened, but based upon the childs counselors information they recommeneded supervised visitation, which we haven't had. We were scheduled to go to court this last month, but a new accusation of abuse of the older daughter surfaced 1 day before court, so it was delayed to be investigated. My exhusband knows what is going on and talks to my husbands exwife. He is now threating to take my 2 boys away from me. Stating that he sees a difference in my 3 year old because my 3 year old wants to stay with him and gets upset when he drops him off. My question is, can my boys be around my husband?
