Is wearing a Richard Nixon mask next time I go to the bank illegal, even if I go for legitimate reasons?

I'm going to deposit money in my account, which doesn't require identification. I just want to wear a Richard Nixon mask, with a suit on, and carry a briefcase. Don't answer with obvious answers. I want actual laws not permitting this
