A Question About My Workout Routine...?
i'm thinking the ab workout is a bit excessive. you are spending half of your day at the gym. unless that's the only way you can do it. bottom line if you want a sixpack- lots of cardio and eat a strict diet. genetics pays a big part as well. there are people who don't work out, yet have a sixpack. i hate these people-lol. anyways, limit carbs- alot. eat veggies and fresh fruit for your carbs. continue to lift weights as you are. muscle burns more fat. diet plays a huge part when cutting up. cut out the cereal or at least eat it only in the am. make sure it's not a sugary cereal or substitute oatmeal. try this for a few weeks to a month and see if you see results. hope this helps.
