Should I get new meds for this coughing, chest tightness?

I was diagnosed with bronchitis a month ago, since then I took antibiotics and cough syrup, but the cough syrup made my chest feel more tighter and I coughed more. I used albuterol inhaler for the chest tightness, but couldn't anymore because of heart paplitations. I tried to use Xopenex inhaler, but it didn't work much. I'm not coughing much less and the chest tightness comes and goes. It's been a month now so I recently went to the doctor and he gave me Patanase and said I have post-nasal drip. I have a dry cough and mucus always in the back of my throat but my nose has always been clear. However, I've been using the Patanase for a week and I'm still coughing, but much less and I still have chest tightness here and there. Should I see the doctor again and get another med instead? This has been going on too long. Thanks!
