Trade in 14 team league?

I have a trade to consider: I would give up Drew Brees for Michael Turner and Matt Helbeck. I start 2 running backs (Adrian Peterson, Darren McFadden or Fred Jackson) and 1 QB. My back up QB is Arron Rodgers who would be my starter if trade goes through. McFadden is hurt and under producing and in this league all available one's or two's at that position have been picked up off waivers. Is it worth it to give up Brees for Turner and risk Rodgers the rest of the way?
