Why can't some people walk a mile in someone else's shoes?

A lot of people lack empathy for others. Something got left out of them that cares about other people. I agree,none of those people could possibly overcome what you have and continue to overcome. Continue being proud of yourself,because that's something special about you. Those teachers failed at being good teachers,and none of the people who made fun of you have anything special or interesting about them.
